you order a code for a Sharp phone and you cannot enter it because you do not
have a Vodafone UK SIM card then will will not be able to refund you.
On Samsung phones, if your phone displays 'phone freeze' when you insert another
SIM card, do not order an unlock code as you will not be able to enter it.
***IMPORTANT***
In the order comments box, please put your IMEI number (you can get this by typing *#06# into your handset) and the phone type, eg. Motorola v3 IMEI 350000000000000, if you do not supply your IMEI number we cannot process the unlock!
Terms for using this service:
Codes are usually returned
within 24 hours of ordering, however please allow up to 72 hours.
Some unlock codes are not available, even if the handset is listed above.
Unfortunately this is beyond our control. If no unlock code is found we will
refund your payment.
If your phone is barred/blacklisted then unlocking it will not allow it to work again. Common causes for a handset to be barred or blacklisted would be if it had been reported lost or stolen. If we supply a code for a phone that is barred or blacklisted we will not under any circumstances refund you when it doesn’t work! Please ensure your handset is legitimate before ordering an unlock code.

Remote unlocking (IMEI) Method
To obtain the IMEI, switch on your phone and type *#06# on the keypad. From the number produced by typing *#06#, we can generate the unlock code which will allow you to use your phone on other available networks. The advantage is you don't need to send your phone to us - all we need is a payment, the IMEI and the network it is currently locked to, and we will email you the code. Codes are usually returned the same day.
Double check any information you send us, IMEI numbers, network locked to, type of phone etc. If you supply the wrong information then the codes supplied will be incorrect and you will be charged twice if we have to recalculate them for you. It is in your interest to get it correct the first time!
Once you have your IMEI and model number, make a payment through our payment page for £9.95. We will e-mail you the unlocking codes, usually within 12 hours, and often within 30 minutes.
Postal Unlocking Method
The postal method is the following.
1) Make a payment through our payment page. International customers please add £3 to the total to cover postage back to you.
2) We will email you a form to post in with the phone and all the necessary details.
3) You will then post the phone to us.
4) We post the phone back to you unlocked within 2 working days by special delivery/international recorded.
Notes about our unlocking service
If you phone cannot be unlocked remotely & you have to send it in, all we require is the phone and battery, but the battery MUST be fully charged. DO NOT send your SIM card. Please ensure the phone is adequately packaged at the very least in a padded envelope. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post - you MUST pay the extra for a fully insured, signed for service when posting to us. Recorded delivery is insured up to £34, whereas Special delivery is insured up to £500.00.
After you have made payment and sent in your phone, we will unlock and ship your phone back to you the day we receive it. (Sometimes there can be a 24 hour delay at times if we are really busy, but about 90% are sent back same day). Any cheque payments will take 7 working days to allow for the cheques to clear. Please note if your phone cannot be unlocked for whatever reason we will notify you and refund your money, minus a charge of £5 to cover special delivery back to you.
