How does it work?
- Call 01603 431349 now and we will provide
you with a quote for the phone or phones you wish to recycle.
Alternatively, send an e-mail to
trade@unimobiles.com.
- To recycle phones, please
email us a complete list of what
you are sending (if you know), the number of handsets, and the weight,
and we will send you a quotation. If you accept the quotation, we will
send you details of where to post the phones, or arrange a courier.
Collection Guidelines:
- Up to 2kg should be posted to us by Royal Mail 1st
Class recorded. We refund postage.
- Up to 2kg can be collected by our courier from you
at our expense.
Mobile Phones
a) should power-up (turn on) and be in a working condition
b) should not be crushed or water damaged although may have some
mild cosmetic damage such as light scratching to fascias and
surrounds
c) should have its battery, mains charger
and memory card (if your phone came
with one originally)
d) should of be UK / European
specification
- Any mobile phones sent to Unimobiles.com
that are received by Unimobiles.com will be
properly recycled. Phones sent for recycling may not be returned.
- Please remove sim cards prior to sending us your mobile phone. Any sim
cards received by us will be
discarded in the appropriate manner.
- Although not a requirement, we encourage the return of mobile phone
boxes, battery chargers and accessories. These will always be recycled by
us in a responsible manner.
- If we receive mobile phones that do not meet ours terms & conditions
we will notify you of the adjusted value. If
you do not accept the new value, we are happy to return the
phone. Unimobiles.com have the final decision on all values.
- All
quotations are valid for a period of 14 days only - if phones are not
received within the 14 day period then the payment made may be reduced.
- We do not accept responsibility for non delivery or damage of phones
caused by the Royal Mail. We recommend you obtain a
certificate of posting or post by recorded delivery to insure against this.
Payments
- There is no minimum payment threshold, and we do
not charge to recycle faulty mobile phones, although no payment will be
made for these items.
- We endeavor to make payment by cheque within
20 working days from receipt of phones where possible. Phones received
between October and December will not be processed until January.
