We specialise in the collection, recycling and secure disposal of:
- Liquidated/Bankrupt stock.
- Old mobile phones,
batteries and chargers.
- Mobile Phones donated to charities.
- Mobile Phone Accessories/Equipment.
How does it work?
- Call 0845 120 8148 now and we will provide
you with a quote for the phone or phones you wish to recycle.
Alternatively, send an e-mail to
trade@unimobiles.com.
- To recycle phones, please
email us a complete list of what
you are sending (if you know), the number of handsets, and the weight, and we will email you the address
to send the mobile phones to or book our courier to collect the phones
from you.
Collection Guidelines:
- We pay for the shipping of phones via our Freepost
address (up to 2.00kg) or via our Courier (up to 40kg).
- Goods up to 2.00kg can be posted to our Freepost
address.
- Goods over 2.00kg and up to 30kg can be collected by our courier, Parcelforce, from your private or work address.
Mobile Phones
a) should power-up (turn on) and be in a working condition
b) should not be crushed or water damaged although may have some
mild cosmetic damage such as light scratching to fascias and
surrounds
c) should have its battery, mains charger
and memory card (if your phone came
with one originally)
d) should of be UK / European
specification
- Any mobile phones sent to Unimobiles.com
that are received by Unimobiles.com will be
properly recycled. Phones sent for recycling may not be returned.
- Please remove sim cards prior to sending us your mobile phone. Any sim
cards received by us will be
discarded in the appropriate manner.
- Although not a requirement, we encourage the return of mobile phone
boxes, battery chargers and accessories. These will always be recycled by
us in a responsible manner.
- If we receive mobile phones that do not meet ours terms & conditions
we will notify you of the adjusted value. If
you do not accept the new value, we are happy to return the
phone. Unimobiles.com have the final decision on all values.
Payments
- There is no minimum payment threshold, and we do
not charge to recycle faulty mobile phones, although no payment will be
made for these items.
- If the mains charger is missing or faulty, £1 is
deducted from the amount payable and if the battery is missing or faulty
£2.50 is deducted from the amount payable. If the value of an item after
any subtractions
is less then zero, then no payment will be made for it.
- We endeavor to make payment by cheque within 20 days from receipt of phones
where possible. At busy times of the year we can't guarantee payment
within this period.
- All mobile phone trades are valid for a period of 14 days only - if
phones are not received within the 14 day period trades will be cancelled.
- Currently our recycling scheme is only
available to residents of the United Kingdom.
- We do not accept responsibility for non delivery or damage of phones
caused by the Royal Mail. We recommend you obtain a
certificate of posting to insure against this.
